ETSY LICENSE AGREEMENT – DXF/DWG DIGITAL FILES (DXF_LAB®)

1.  LEGAL NOTICE AND OWNERSHIP
    All DXF/DWG digital files available in this Etsy shop are the
    exclusive intellectual property of DXF_LAB®. All rights, including
    copyright, design rights, and any related intellectual property
    rights, are fully reserved.

2.  LICENSE GRANT
    Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive,
    non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the
    purchased files strictly under the terms defined herein.

3.  PERMITTED USE
    The buyer may:

-   Use the files to manufacture physical end products.
-   Modify the files strictly for personal use or internal business
    purposes.
-   Sell physical products made using the files.

4.  STRICTLY PROHIBITED USE
    The buyer may NOT:

-   Resell, distribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the digital files
    in any format, whether original or modified.
-   Upload or make the files available on any website, marketplace,
    cloud storage, or file-sharing service.
-   Use the files to create competing digital products.
-   Claim authorship or ownership of the designs.
-   Use the files in any way that violates Etsy’s Terms of Use or
    applicable intellectual property laws.

5.  NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
    This purchase does not transfer ownership of the files. Only a
    license to use is granted. DXF_LAB® retains all rights, title, and
    interest in the files.

6.  ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATIONS
    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a
    violation of intellectual property laws and may result in:

-   Immediate revocation of the license without refund
-   Legal action, including claims for damages and lost profits
-   Reporting to Etsy for enforcement under their Intellectual Property
    Policy

7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    DXF_LAB® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
    or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use
    the files. The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying
    compatibility and suitability.

8.  NO WARRANTIES
    The files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind,
    express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or
    fitness for a particular purpose.

9.  GOVERNING LAW
    This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
    with applicable international intellectual property laws and, where
    applicable, the laws of Spain.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, the buyer agrees
    to be legally bound by all terms stated herein.

ACUERDO DE LICENCIA – ARCHIVOS DIGITALES DXF/DWG (DXF_LAB®)

1.  AVISO LEGAL Y TITULARIDAD
    Todos los archivos digitales en formato DXF/DWG disponibles en esta
    tienda de Etsy son propiedad exclusiva de DXF_LAB®. Todos los
    derechos de propiedad intelectual están reservados.

2.  CONCESIÓN DE LICENCIA
    La compra otorga al usuario una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no
    transferible, sin derecho a sublicencia y revocable, sujeta a las
    condiciones del presente documento.

3.  USOS PERMITIDOS
    El usuario puede:

-   Fabricar productos físicos a partir de los archivos.
-   Modificar los archivos para uso personal o interno.
-   Comercializar productos físicos derivados.

4.  USOS PROHIBIDOS
    Queda estrictamente prohibido:

-   Revender, redistribuir, sublicenciar o compartir los archivos
    digitales.
-   Publicar los archivos en internet o plataformas digitales.
-   Crear productos digitales derivados para su venta.
-   Atribuirse la autoría de los diseños.
-   Incumplir las políticas de Etsy o la legislación aplicable.

5.  NO CESIÓN DE DERECHOS
    La compra no implica la transmisión de la propiedad. DXF_LAB®
    conserva todos los derechos.

6.  INCUMPLIMIENTO
    El uso no autorizado podrá dar lugar a:

-   Revocación inmediata de la licencia sin reembolso
-   Acciones legales por daños y perjuicios
-   Notificación a Etsy conforme a su política de propiedad intelectual

7.  LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
    DXF_LAB® no será responsable de daños derivados del uso de los
    archivos. El usuario asume la responsabilidad de su uso.

8.  SIN GARANTÍAS
    Los archivos se proporcionan “tal cual”, sin garantías de ningún
    tipo.

9.  LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE
    Este acuerdo se regirá por la legislación aplicable y, en su caso,
    por las leyes de España.

10. ACEPTACIÓN
    La compra o uso implica la aceptación total de estas condiciones.
